There are a number of different entries that you can add to this database. You can start at the very top and add a new region such as South Wales, then there are the entries for areas, general cave details, additional cave details, places, links to references on the World Wide Web and others.
Then of course you might notice that an entry for a cave is wrong, maybe an unnamed one just got a name or a link to a document or picture is broken. In this case there are the pages where you can modify the data, although in some cases this might be the same as the add page.

| Add Places Within A Cave | Add places that may be found within a cave. After adding the places you can connect them to show how they relate to each other with the next link. |

| Cave References | Shows the references that a cave appears in and allows the addition and removal of references for the cave. |
| Links For Caves | Add links to stuff about a cave on the internet. |
| Links For Areas | Add links to stuff about an area on the internet. |
| Links For Regions | Add links to stuff about a region on the internet. |
| Modify Details | Modify a cave's details to add additional information or correct inacuracies |
| Mass Add Caves | Allows the adding of Name, Grid Ref. and Description for a number of caves for an area at once. |
| Add a Reference Item | Add references in the caving literature such as book, magazines, journals. |
